07 Nov Recap: Our Kappa Day 2022 in pictures
More than two years after our last edition, we were very relieved to see our partners and vendors again in real life. On October 20th , we were able to organise our well-known Kappa Day. Because of you, we had an unforgettable edition of interesting panel discussions, a lot of great networking and opportunities – and of course good drinks and food accompanied by a jazz band.
Patrick Casteels and Chris Willems kicked-off a welcoming session, followed by two interesting sessions. We enjoyed impressive panel discussion regarding Cybersecurity & Management Platforms in Networking and Security where our speakers shared their perspective on the subject with everyone who attended. Our sessions were moderated by the one and only Geena Lisa. A special thanks to our speakers: Alain Luxembourg, Markus Nispel, Rasmus Andersen, Ajin Ku, Mark Uppelschoten, Simon Abrahams, Rasmus Andersen, Hans Claeskens, Patrick van der Zwet, Filip Vanierschot, Koert Martens and Frédéric Van Walle.

Charming location of De Bonneterie – Aalst
Our event took place at the beautiful location of De Bonneterie. An unique party space in the old Du Parc buildings in Aalst, formerly home to De Bonneterie Bosteels – De Smet, the market leader in tights, stockings, and socks. After their bankruptcy in 2001, the factory buildings stood empty but are now being upgraded to their full glory.
Join us back in time and enjoy these atmospheric pictures.
An artist created live illustrations during the sessions, to make sure everyone who attended our Kappa Day had a visual way to interpret the panel discussions. Thanks Lise Vanlerberghe for your creative and inspiring work!
We ended the sessions with our extensive appetizer and finger food, walking dinner and dessert, created by the one and only Joost De Paepe. He learned his trade at the Hof van Cleve from Peter Goossens.
Afterwards we connected with like-minded people and parties associated with Kappa Data on our networking party. With live music of The Almost Swinging Jazz Band.
Thanks to our photographer Thomas Dhondt and videographer Blixa Declerck (Buitensporig) for capturing our special day!

Thanks for connecting with us!
Hopefully you were able to connect with like-minded people, and enlarged your knowledge on certain subjects. We were at least very glad to be meeting with our partners and vendors again.
If you still have any unanswered questions, feel free to ask us! Always happy to help.
