In this role as HR Manager, you are responsible for the HR operations and the operational implementation of the HR policy across the different countries where Kappa Data is active. A selection of your responsibilities
Responsabilities:
- You are responsible for the HR operations and the operational implementation of the HR policy across the different Kappa Data offices, in close collaboration with the Group Management.
- You are the point of contact for employees and managers for all HR-related questions and ensure timely and accurate follow-up.
- You manage the entire employee journey: from onboarding to development, performance evaluations, internal career growth and offboarding. You actively contribute to retaining our talented employees.
- You support managers with HR-related matters and act as a trusted sparring partner.
- You contribute to the further harmonization and optimization of HR processes across the different countries, while respecting local legislation.
- You coordinate the operational HR and payroll administration together with the local HR colleague, payroll providers and external HR partners.
- You do not need to be a specialist in the employment legislation of every country, but you know when to involve the right external expertise and translate this advice into a correct and pragmatic implementation.
- You monitor the payroll processes and ensure accurate personnel administration.
- You guide and support recruitment processes from A to Z. You closely follow up candidates in a warm and professional manner, ensuring they have a positive first impression of Kappa Data as an employer.
- You support performance management, talent development and training initiatives.
- You ensure the alignment and harmonization of the HR approach across the different countries.
- You regularly visit our international offices to support employees and local managers.
Profile:
You have several years of relevant experience in a similar HR role, where you were responsible for both soft HR and operational HR. Experience in an international environment is an asset, but not a must.
In addition, you recognize yourself in the following profile:
- You are a reliable, trustworthy and discreet point of contact for employees and managers. Thanks to your empathy and communication skills, you easily build relationships based on trust.
- You are approachable, easily accessible and make time for the people within the organization.
- You have broad HR knowledge and feel comfortable in both soft HR and operational HR.
- You hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, preferably in Human Resources, Business Management, Psychology, Employment Law or a similar field.
- You have a hands-on mentality, are well organized and ensure structured and accurate follow-up of HR questions, cases and projects.
- You take responsibility, think proactively and have a pragmatic and solution-oriented approach.
- You enjoy working together with colleagues and external partners, but you are also able to work independently and set the right priorities.
- You have an excellent command of Dutch, French and English.
- You are willing to visit our international offices.
- Depending on your place of residence, you will work from our office in De Pinte (Belgium) or Lille (France).
