A selection of your responsibilities

As an Account Manager, you are the face of Kappa Data for our partner resellers. You build long-term partnerships and help customers grow their business with innovative cybersecurity and networking solutions.

You combine commercial flair with a solution-oriented approach and know how to turn opportunities into sustainable business.

Responsibilities:

  • You build strong relationships with customers, vendors and internal stakeholders.
  • You manage and further develop an existing customer portfolio.
  • You actively look for new resellers and business opportunities in Flanders.
  • You advise customers on our extensive portfolio of cybersecurity and networking solutions.
  • You identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities within existing accounts.
  • You prepare quotations and complete solutions in collaboration with our pre-sales specialists.
  • You closely follow up projects and business opportunities and report on them during sales meetings.
  • You coach and support two Internal Sales colleagues, with whom you develop a joint commercial strategy for your region(s).

Profile:

You are a driven sales professional who enjoys customer interaction, negotiations and achieving results.

In addition, you have:

  • Several years of experience in a commercial role, preferably within the IT or technology sector.
  • Strong sales and negotiation skills.
  • Affinity with cybersecurity, networking or IT solutions.
  • An entrepreneurial and proactive mindset.
  • The ability to work successfully both independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • A good command of Dutch and English. Knowledge of French is a strong asset.
  • A results-oriented mindset with a strong focus on customer service and long-term relationships.
