The Kappa Data Cyber Race is here to ignite the competitive spirit among resellers and vendors alike. Earn points, climb the leaderboard, and unlock amazing rewards! In each case, Kappa Data has a fun activity for you. Kappa Data launches the Cyber Race!
How can you register for the Kappa Data Cyber Race? You do this by attending one of our two mandatory kick-off webinars where we explain the campaign in full detail.
If you have attended either webinar you will receive a unique ID with which you are also registered for the Kappa Data Cyber Race.
Then, we immediately have good news for you: you have just earned your first 5 points.
Important: Only one person per company can register. This person will act as the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) and will receive all communication and will be the only one authorized to redeem points for activities. Make sure this is the right person!
Step 2: Gain Points
Start collecting
From July 1st until August 31st, 2025, you can earn points by completing activities such as:
- Webinar Participation (required)
- Demo sessions
- Purchase of PoC materials
- Vendor Meeting with reseller
- Vendor Meeting with end user
- Partner Sales Certification
- Partner Technical Certification
- Partner Initiated Deal Regs
- Social media posts on LinkedIn
- Sales through Kappa Data

Have a vendor or end-user meeting with one of the following vendors: Barracuda Networks, Juniper Networks, Extreme Networks, Allied Telesis. Set up a demo session with a partner. Buy PoC Equipment. Focus on partner certification. Shoot in those partner-initiated deal regs. Do sales and get your well-deserved points.

Boost your points
We've defined four rounds in which you can earn extra points for certain activities
- Round 1: July 1st – July 13th
- Round 2: July 14th – July 27th
- Round 3: July 28th – August 10th
- Round 4: August 11th – August 24th
- Final week: August 25th – August 31st (No boost round)
These boosts will be communicated in advance to all SPOCs via email — so keep an eye on your inbox to maximize your score!
Upload your proof of excecution
To ensure your activities are eligible for points, resellers must upload their own proof of execution via the Cyber race website.
Whether it’s a screenshot of a social post, a meeting confirmation, certification proof or a PoC order, no points will be granted without valid proof uploaded through the website. Approval from Kappa Data is always required for awarding points.
Proof must be uploaded within the campaign period (July 1st – August 31st, 2025 – 23:59:59 at latest). Only completed and validated activities will be rewarded with points.
Step 3: Claim your rewards
Exchange your well-deserved points into unforgettable experiences!
At the end of the campaign (31/08/2025), each SPOC will receive an email with their company’s total collected points. Then, you’ll have until September 15th, 2025 to select your rewards.
To claim your rewards, you simply need to fill out the Cyber Race Rewards request form.
Important:
- You must complete at least two different types of activities (excluding the kick-off webinar and social media posts) to be eligible to claim a reward.
- If your selected rewards total is less than your full number of points, any remaining points will be lost.
Example: If you have 500 points and you select two activities worth 200 points each, the 100 remaining points will be lost.
Your points remain valid. The moment to choose your rewards is until the 15th of September 2025.

Get ready to enjoy the rewards that you’ve claimed. From thrilling experiences to unique meet-ups — it’s time to celebrate your performance. Once you've submitted your request form, Kappa Data will coordinate with the SPOC, our Account Manager and vendor to plan your selected rewards.
The Cyber Race campaign officially ends on November 30th, 2025. This means that all claimed activities not completed before November 30th will be considered expired and cannot be rescheduled or exchanged.
