What will you be doing everyday?

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced ERP Implementation Specialist with expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central to lead and support ERP implementation projects in our international environment.

The ideal candidate will work closely with internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure smooth deployment, configuration, customization, and adoption of Business Central to meet the organization’s business requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, including requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, training, and go-live support.
• Analyze and document business processes and translate them into ERP solutions.
• Customize and configure Business Central modules (Finance, Sales, Inventory, Manufacturing, Logistics, etc.) to align with business needs. Setup and maintain the customer portal. Experience in EDI and customer interfacing is required.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including finance, operations, sales, and IT to ensure a seamless integration.
• Develop and execute data migration plans, integration strategies, and system tests.
• Provide user training, documentation, and ongoing support post-implementation.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Business Central modules and performance.
• Stay current with Business Central updates, extensions, and best practices.

Qualifications:

• (Bachelor’s) Master’s degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in ERP implementation, with a focus on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central and SQL database.
• Solid understanding of business processes in finance, supply chain, and operations.
• Strong project management and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Power Platform (Power BI, Power Automate, Excel) and other related Microsoft tools is a plus.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
• Microsoft certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Business Central Functional Consultant Associate) are preferred.
• Very good oral and written expression skills in English and French, Dutch is a plus.
