Kappa Data operates in Belgium, where its headquarters are located, as well as in the Netherlands (Utrecht), in Poland and in France.
What does your daily job look like?
You will focus on 1 (to 2) product line(s) from our offering in network and security solutions:
- You will work with the sales, business development and marketing team to identify the specific segments of the market and type of customers you want to focus on.
- You define the unique values of the solution you focus on and how it differentiates itself from other offerings.
- You make yourself a specialist through self-study, training, obtaining certifications, your interest in other products (competitors) and through the many contacts with your (future) customers.
- You anticipate the needs of the customer and come up with a concrete go-to-market plan to come to a suitable solution together.
- Your colleagues from the sales department, marketing, business development and engineers support you and are your first critical listeners.
- You are ultimately responsible for achieving the set objectives.
- You are in close contact with the manufacturer whose brand you are marketing.
- You guide your customers through the entire process from onboarding to the first orders. Hereby you come into contact with all aspects of the sales process.
- You work closely with the Account Managers of the different regions.
Who are we looking for?
You have excellent communication skills and the ability to develop compelling value propositions:
- Strong understanding of and interest in the IT sector and the ability to position the strengths of our solutions against competing solutions
- You are fluent in Dutch, English and French
- Prospecting, presenting, customer insight and rounding are your basic skills.
- Experience or a healthy dose of perseverance are assets.
- Sales is part of your DNA and you like challenges.
